Tutorial

Step 1. Save all the images from ‘the pictures’ section of this guide to your computer

Step 2. Right click on the picture you want to change in your library, click ‘manage’ and ‘set custom artwork’. Then select the image you want to change it to.

Step 3. Right click on the game background and click ‘set custom background’ – then select the image you want to change it to.

Step 4. Right click on the game background again and click ‘set custom logo’ – then select the transparent image to remove the steam insurgency logo (there is one on the images themselves).

Step 5. Enjoy the OwOsome steam library pictures
