Outlast Achievements

Emancipated- Find the third floor key in the Female Ward.

Punished- Beat the game.

Lunatic- Beat Outlast on Insane difficulty.

Educated- Collect 15 documents and complete 15 recordings.

Pulitzer- Collect and complete all documents and recordings.

  • “Lesser Known Ecological Aspects of Humanity” – Located in a room to the right of the larger hallway after seeing the doctor in the decontamination chamber in the Hospital level.
  • “Project Walrider Patient Status Report for Frank Manera” – Located on a laboratory counter after seeing a shadow in front of Waylon in the Hospital level.
  • “The Walrider Delusion” – Located in a guard tower just after going through the basketball court in the Recreation Area level.
  • “Miscarried Profits” – Located in a room to the right of the hole Waylon drops through next to Father Martin in the Prison level.
  • “The Groom” – Located in the shed that Waylon drops off of. The shed is accessed from a window on the left of the shed in the Drying Ground level.
  • “Kill Us” – Located in a room to the right of the electric fence in the Drying Ground level.
  • “Patient Dennis” – Located in the back left corner of a room right before pushing a container of propane tanks in the Vocational Block level.
