Inhabitant – Child
===========================================================================
Before you reach the age of 42.
60-18 = 42 Years old.
Since 60 is the start of random Racimir will die, and 18 is the age of the heir able to take over if Racimir die.
===========================================================================
Credit goes to @Lailantie (husband) for the discovery.
* Currently Player (Racimir) can only have one child.
NPC can have two or more. When the child has moved out or not.
* Before Racimir passed away, in order to have more than one child.
Make sure Racimir child have more than one child before taking over him as the main character.
===========================================================================
The best way is to increase parents skills first as high as possible.
Then get them together under 1 house to get married and have a child.
For example:
If you can max it to level 10 depending on father and mother skill level, then probably the child will have a chance of level 4 or 5.
Again, this is just an example. It depends on the parents level to inherit a child skill.

Inhabitant Q&A
Inhabitant refers to NPC who stays most of the time in Campfires of villagers.
Another name for them is Travellers, Wonderers, NPC worker (once they join your village or after you recruited them).
===========================================================================
Racimir is the first generation, he is not a nobleman.
When he gets married and have an heir (a son).
He can only have one child, other inhabitants can have more than one child.
Let’s say Racimir son or heir name Hubert (Male).
Hubert, can have a son and/or a daughter while Racimir still alive. When he is married after adulthood (at the age of 18).
Because Hubert still controlled by AI, not by the player.
If Racimir dies and Hubert only have a son, then Hubert won’t be able to have another son or a daughter.
Because the player will take over Hubert.
If Hubert first has a daughter, when Racimir passes away, then the daughter will be changed into a son.
===========================================================================
Plan ahead, do not be impatient. Planning is the key.
Credit to @KiraAyashi in the discord for noticing.
Try not to recruit lots of NPC workers to start with.
Recruit as needed, and build their houses (not including your own house).
Pair them as Male and Female.
Male as Lumberjack, and Female as Farmer or another profession for example to start with.
This assuming they have a higher skill or have a higher multiple of the same skill.
Why Male?
Because females when they get into pregnancy, won’t be able to work for at least 2 years.
Wait until your village to stabilized then starts recruiting again.
Try to recruit it one by one when pairing and wait until your village is stable then recruit more, otherwise, you might get into trouble to sustain them.
This way you will know if you need more people or not, rather than too many to be sustained (wood and food), or too little to help you produce wood and food.
You want somewhere in the middle or in between.
This comes to your own management skill (real-life skill, not in-game skill). How you are able to manage all of them.
Please see “Skills + Q&A” section and “Profession (Job)” section for more info.
