Overview
This guide is going to show you how to survive the Night against hunter and how to kick Hunter’s ass :).
Introduction
Be The Zombie Mode is the only player-versus-player experience in the game, you can fight only against one Hunter, but you can fight against hunter with up to 3 players. Be The Zombie Mode allows players to become a Night hunter, a monster well-suited to stalking and killing other players. Night hunters are extremely fast and agile. They can grapple objects with their tendril and also charge enemies or use their powers that brings Suicidal Zombie Horde and Disables your UV flashlight . These creatures also have an unspecified range attack as well.
This Mode was also supposed to be exclusive to those who pre-ordered game,
but its free for everyone!
Night Hunter Powers
Dodge this: Pounce!
Its main Hunter’s attack that can kill you easy if you’re not paying attention.
He’s attack works as long as his energy bar is full, so make sure its not filled!
- Just keep using your UV Flashlight, but carefully it doesn’t work that long!
Dodge this: Tackle!
Your enemy can force you to get down using his strength, the hunter can Charge only when he sprints, so if you see him sprinting be careful! Because you might be also pushed into spikes! Also make sure Hunter won’t charge you on higher ground or else you will die from fall damage.
- Press “Spacebar” to dodge it, it doesn’t sound that hard, right? But do it in right moment!
Dodge this: Ground Slam!
The Hunter can slam the ground to push people in the back, it’s good way to escape for Hunters or good way to kill people, espesially if you’re not careful, you might get pushed into spikes too.
- Its simply, better keep distance, and when hunter tries to get closer, dodge it.
Dodge this: Horde Wave & UV Protection!
Summons Horde of Suited Zombies that explodes near you!
- Better get on higher grounds fast!
Keeps Hunter’s energy for few seconds to give him time for escape or attack.
- Keep flashing your UV Flashlight, because you still can break Pounce attacks.
Dodge This: UV Disability!
Its simply Dead End for people, because it disables your UV Flashlight, so be aware of it!
- You’re dead unless you have flares or you try to kill the hunter before he jumps on you.
What can you do to Hunter?
As the name says, kills from the ground also the best execution!
- Get on the higher grounds while Hunter is on lower grounds and keep smashing your Attack button in mid-air man!
If you’re fast enough to dodge “Charge” and “Pounce” you can manage to lure your Hunter to Spikes which insta kills him.
Keep Distance or Dodge it and when you do it, you have enough time to kill Hunter.
I’m using Knife in this video, because it is fastest and the best weapon in the game.
- UV Flashlight doesn’t work? Use Flares.
How to destroy Nests easier way? ( PATCHED )
If you don’t care about damaging other people, go on and use it, very effective against nests and Hunter, but it can damage also players which can lead to chaos!
Insta kills Nests + Zombies near it, very powerful but has small range of usage so you have to throw it really close to the nest and you need lots of components to make lots of them.
