IMPORTANT:
* Reed grow or respawn in 1 year.
* Resources are stone, salt, limestone, clay, and iron.
Resources respawn in each season change such as in a cave, clusters of rocks and clay deposit.
If you drop it inside the cave, for instance, it will stay inside the cave even the season has changed.
None. They just loop around from higher ground to lower ground or vice versa.
At least for the Northern Cave, between Branica and Baranica.
* If you are looking for Log, by chopping down a tree.
If you remove the tree stump, the tree will not grow back in 2 years.
* Trees only grow or respawn from the stump in 2 years.
No tree branch grow into trees.

1 Year is 4 seasons.
So, if you playing longer than 3 days which is the Default Global Settings.
Those trees will grow a lot longer, and so the resources to respawn.
