Dying Light Guide

How to improve low FPS. for Dying Light

How to improve low FPS.

Overview

In this guide I will be helping you with a small fix to improve your FPS. It’s not really a fix but it helps your CPU run it a little smoother and add a few FPS that you desperately need to help make the game not montage slow the whole time.Note: The game WILL still be laggy but this is the best thing I have found that helped me and helped add a few FPS.When running my FPS was 7-8, when running now it’s 11-15When idle, looking at scenery; my FPS was 11-15, now it’s about 21-25.Intention of this guide: To help people run the game better until the game gets patched for it to run better… If it ever does, that is.

Fixing the FPS.

*Launch the game

*Alt-Tab out and open Task Manager

*Go to the Details tab to see all processes

*Right-click on DyingLightGame.exe

*Choose Set Affinity and uncheck then re-check ONLY CPU 0. Press OK. The game will freeze in the
background, don’t worry

*If the Affinity window closes, right-click and open it again, then re-enable . The game will start running again as before

*You’re done! The load will be balanced and the game will run much more smoothly

-Optional Steps-

*Right click on DyingLightGame.exe again

*Click set priority then click “high.”
