Introduction
You play Counter-Strike: Source ? Yes ? So you must’ve played Zombie Escape Mode. And you are tired of being zombie for lots of game, here’s the guide to show you how to… at least survive, and escape
Zombie Escape is a cool mod for gamemodes where players are divided into 2 teams, humans and zombie. While the humans try to run, escape from the zombies, the zombie try to infect human, try not to let them escape.
Basic rules:
Zombies can only use their knife to turn Counter-Terrorists into zombies.
Counter-Terrorists can use any weapons allowed by the server they play on.
Flashbang and Smoke are prohibited. (Flashbangs are useless and smoke grenades lower performance)
Once zombie, there is no legit way to become a human.
No cheating allowed!
How to: Just connect to a server you like, wait for it to download maps, and other like sounds, models,.. and there you go

Ok ? So let’s get to work
Choose your primary weapon
Getting your primary weapon is the most important part at the begining of the round, the primary weapon will help you push back the zombies, which will slow them down, and you and the team can escape.
The best weapons in ZE, is the P90 and the M249. Because you can spray without much recoli, and the P90’s reload time is really fast (The M249 has a slow reload time, but has 100 bullets each magazine).
But you can choose a weapon which suits you, it’s your choice, but i recommend you to use P90 or M249 for best “zombie shooting gun”
Also never forget to buy HE Grenade, known as “Napalm Grenade” and Smoke Grenade, known as “Freeze Grenade”. They will help you a lot, specially when you’re close to zombies, throw grenades, slow them down, and RUN.
So, what weapon will you gonna choose, your choice, but get yourself a weapon fast, ’cause you only have 5 secs before running like hell from the zombies. Choose wisely, and don’t forget to buy HE and Smoke Grenade.
Run as fast as you can
When the round start, it has a countdown timer, that’s the time you need to run, fast with your teammates, take your knife, or pistol, and run, when the timer reaches zero, few zombies will be spawned (server choose random from human) and there’s no way back.
Follow the team, support them
This is very important, because zombie’s health are 5000-6000, and there’s not only 1, there are many of them ready to infect you. so you can’t kill them alone, you need your team, other players, to help you, slow them down so all of the team can escape
And in some maps, if you don’t follow the team, you may get lost, and you die. Use the knife to run faster and catch up humans team

Play with your team. slow the zombies down, run, and escape.
You’ll have to stick with your team, and your weapons, to slow the zombies down. They won’t stop going toward you, try to shoot them as hard as possibe. Cooperation will help you and your team escape.

Don’t forget to check the console command – Do what you need to do
Shooting zombies like hell but then, the door opened, “GET INSIDE, ALL”. All players ran inside, expect you, cause you didn’t see the command, still shoot them, alone. And you get infected. Not so cool, right ? Specially at the end of the map
Always check the console command, to catch up with players, and advoid being killed, infected by the zombies
Easy map ? Don’t subjective
You play on an easy map, and you don’t pay attention to the zombies, because they are far from you ? And suddenly, they are right on top of you, you’ll never know. Maps like ze_jurrasicpark, ze_deathstar_escape are pretty easy. But you still need to open your eyes, pay attention, sometimes you’ll never know where the zombies are and when they come.

That’s it, i think this is what you need to do to survive and escape. Choose your weapon, run as fast as you can, follow your team, help them slow zombies down, check the console, open your eys, pay attention. And you will escape to heaven
