TO ENABLE THE MOUSE CONTROL.
Go to C:UsersYourUserNameHEREDocumentsMy GamesBinding of Isaac Rebirth and open options.ini
While being inside it, search and change ”MouseControl=0” to ”MouseControl=1” (without the quotation marks, obviously) and then save.

And that’s all! You now have mouse control for aiming and shooting.
