Overview
This is a guide for Ezmo the Mischievous. From a Diamond Battleright player.
Ezmo Intro
Ezmo is a very tricky champ. And he should be played exactly this way. Moving around your opponents dealing the most damage while taking the least. As ezmo you dont want to attract too much attention but enough to have your opponents waste their spells on your devious movements.
Basics
Now I will start off with the basics of Ezmo, his skills are not to be spammed and used up like some other heroes can. This will leave you very vulnerable from attacks. For example your JUMP (space) should not be used unless under attack or going for an aggressive in-and-out situation. Ezmo’s JUMP is one of his most dependent skills as this is his movement and trickery. Use this to dodge skills and kite around an attacker. I recommend to play Ezmo mostly as a counter attacker. Opening with your E or Right click can deal some good damage.
Starting the match:
As Ezmo i like to stay fairly in the fight so being around in range of your LMB but not in melee range.
Red- Ezmo
Blue- Team mates
Purple- Enemies
As you can see starting off behind your tank but in front of your healer. As Ezmo you do not want to bait out your team mates to deal damage. You want to be in the fight but moving around so much they want to forget about you.
Ezmo is fast so its easy for him to grab a lot of the orbs sitting around the map, also strong when built accordingly with battlerights.
Using your cancel skill button + RMB can lead to popped counters and escapes.
1. NEVER use your second and last JUMP (space) forward into the enemies. Unless given a perfect opportunity to dish out crazy damage or they are weak and retreating.
2. Jumping around certain opponetns can screw up their skill shots
3. Watch for enemy ‘counters’ as Ezmo attacks really fast
(Advanced)
For more Advanced players those other tips may seem very basic. As Ezmo is a fairly new champ not many people play him. Exactly why he is my favourite champion. Ezmo is all about moving around quick while keeping your targets stationary. A target standing still is very easy for Ezmo to nuke down. Make sure as Ezmo to land your E. As this is so important. Missing your E is like missing black hole on Egnigma. OK… so dont.
Battlerights
I have 3 Ezmo builds that i currently use in my matches, depending on whom im facing and who i am with.
This is my Standard Ezmo build. Works mostly in most situations as it is a aggressive focusing build.
Tier 1- Increased att speed. This is basic for more DPS and is my choice 90% of the time.
Tier 2- Some may argue with this one, but this is a very strong skill. Reduce damage by 50% and healing by 50%. After getting T2 focusing a healer will screw the hell outa them.
Tier 3- This will help with keeping your targets stationary and easy to hit with LMB, RMB, and your E
Tier 4- Getting this will increase your damage on a focused target by a hella lot. This combined with your secondary book attacks will deal nuke damage.
Tier 5- Basic upgrade both are good but since already going for offence more attacks= better.
My next build is a more agile Ezmo build with more kiting and killing potential but less nukage power. I would use this build against people with high escape or will stick on me and try to rush me. Now compared this to the first build, this is more continues damage and your R ex ability and your Q ex ability should be SPAMMED! Anytime your R or Q is on cooldown should be used almost unless out of combat. This will make it slower to reach your ULT (F) but your continues damage will be amazing. If your ally is getting rushed or under heavy damage you can put your sheild on them instead (by default press 2). Understand that the sheild stacks 6 charges to your main weaponw when broken by damge, so make sure it breaks. But if put on an ally you will be very vunerable so use your speed to kite and stay safe.
Tier 1- Increased att speed. This is basic for more DPS and is my choice 90% of the time.
Tier 2- Use this speed to kite or follow up with targets.
Tier 3- Keeping your targets snared and in position to help dish out crazy damage.
Tier 4- Decide between this or the increased speed with your Q on. but since you going to be using your Q for shield talent i suggest this one. Charging your weapon more to use more R and Q is a must for this build
Tier 5- Both are good but with current talents go damage unless needed otherwise.
*Note this build relies less on the E witch is hard to land for some people. So if your not to confident with landing all your spells i recommend this build.
My next and last build, which i would probly use the least. This build is used agaist more projectile focused enemies, such as: Ezmo, Iva, or varesh.
Using this build is more shield based and high survival. I dont reccomend this build unless needed to really stay alive or against high projectile.
Movement
Movement with Ezmo should always be around the target you are focusing. Staying in meduim range and using you snares to keep them immobelized. Moving over walls and evading skill shots is a must for Ezmo to keep out of damage.
Combos
There are alot of combos that can work with Ezmo. The only EX ability I would usually use with Ezmo is the R. (To create another book to fire). This book works great to dish out more damage on a single target especially when having the T4 battleright ‘facemelt’ (Ezmo’s book must charge its own 3-stack snare and no longer adds to yours). Also when using R to create a book, you can summon it ontop or just infront of a enemy. This will actually shift them depending on where its palced. This may seem small but in those 1v1 clutch momments it matters, for example moving jade a tade bit to miss her snipe on your teamate, then add in that damage. or your getting rushed by a melee hero this can give some space for them to miss their attack or 2.
As Ezmo saving directly for the R is not always the best case. Ezmos Ulti is a little tricky as it creats a circle that takes some time before exploding- causing massive damage. Since it takes 2 seconds to blow up the enemies usually have enough time to react and escape. This is important to count their escape spells. For example if a hero only has 1 escape spell, you can pressure them with your rushing and aggressiveness to use it. And when the time comes and its still on cooldown opening with your ulti can work.
Using your R+RMB This can help secure your ulti damage as your RMB can pull targets a fairly far distance as well as knock them back. Use this to get them in your R.
Using your E+R this root and ult combo can work very well and if aimed right can snair more then 1 target. The only problem here is if they have and escape or jump they can still leave.
When using Ezmos RMB a good trick is to pretend like your aiming for one target, and at the last second switch. This is because the target not getting aimed at wont be trying to dodge it as much as if your lucky the false target might use their ‘counter’ skill right before impact. Hitting 2 birds with 1 stone.

Feel free to search me up, I played bloodline heroes and season 1 of this game. After stopping for a few months im just getting back to it now. Running at around a 67% win rate with Ezmo and was reached Plat 1 in season 1. (Later then droping to Plat 3).
People ask me: Can Ezmo carry? Ofc he can. When played right.
