This guide will tell you how to actually co-op The Binding of Isaac Rebirth, Afterbirth, and Afterbirth + online.

Saying this now, only one person (the host) needs the game. Other people do not need the game.
1. So first everyone launch Parsec.
2. Add everyone as a friend who you are going to co-op with.
3. Once everyone is added, people who aren’t host will go to the play tab and click on co-play on the hosts computer.
4. Once everyone connects to the host, the host enable or disables what the player will be using.( keyboard and controller work).
5. Once that is set up, Host launch TBOI and starts a new run.
6. Everyone else presses start or enter than choose a charater.
7. Enjoy co-op with your friend. Hope this helped.
