This is an old and famous trick so sorry if it seems disappointing or saturated.***NOTE: this is NOT a cheat, you can do this in any game of NMRIH on any server (no admin rights or anything like that is needed). You need to have console enabled which it usually is by default.***NOTE: this trick does not apply to pump action shotguns nor revolvers nor bolt-action sniper rifles.Open Console and type: bind mwheeldown +attackThis binds the attack button to scrolling the mouse wheel down. To have it be bound to scroll up you would type: bind mwheelup +attackI personally have both binded so that I can fire without stop to move my finger to scroll down again. I’ve tested this with all semi-auto pistols and semi-auto rifles and they work greatly. My personal favorite is the M16A4 full-auto.
