First in-game> Controls configurations tabMenu > Options > Controlsin the “Look” tab set :Mouse Acceleration to 0and Mouse Filtering to 0Then > Task manager > Processes > right click on BlackOps3.exe> Go to details > right click on BlackOps3.exe> Set priority > High
