Hello there!
I’ve found an easy way to change the language of the game without patches or anything like that:
Go to the installation folder and open this folder:
…Mortal Kombat Arcade KollectionMKHDGameLocalization
-Swap the “INT” folder name for whatever language you like.
-Rename the files inside the new “INT” folder so they end in “.int”, not in “.esn”/”.ita”/whatever.

he encontrado una forma bastante sencilla de cambiar el idioma del juego, sin necesidad de parches ni ejecutables sospechosos:
Para poner el juego en español (u otro idioma) vamos a la carpeta de instalación y en la ruta
…Mortal Kombat Arcade KollectionMKHDGameLocalization
Cambiamos el nombre de la carpeta “ESN” (o el dioma que queramos) por “INT” y viceversa.
-Renombramos los ficheros de la nueva carpeta “INT” para que terminen en .int y no en .esn. (o .ita, por ejemplo).
