Installing and Setting up XPadder
Here is a complete Tutorial on how to configurate XPadder (If you’ve never done this before).
I won’t explain this part because this video by https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYI8ifruvIqVtAY3joqlpfw and i want to focus mainly on how i’ve managed the buttons and in-Game settings so i wont need as much Mouse and Keyboard as possible (Because there are a lot of key bindings and other stuff that a single Controller wont handle but my setup pretty much summs up the most important things)
Key Mapping on XPadder
This is how i mapped my Keys inside XPadder:
WASD are the Movement;
The arrows controll the mouse movement (the camera ingame):
the red markers show where to find the mouse settings (Sorry for german language)
And inside the mouse setting of XPadder i’ve set vertical speed to 51 and horizontal speed to 32 because this feels smoother and you can rotate faster around yourself without setting the camera to high or too low by accident.
the ctrl-button will later replace the interaction button (F by default) and will also be used as a keybinding for other things.
4, 5, 6 will be used for the hotkeys (mostly potions),
3 will be used for the artifact.
1, 2 on the bumper will activate the ultimate (daily force) by pressing it
Hotkeys (This will be setup later inside the game):
ctrl – 3 will be used to summon mount
ctrl – 4 for minimap
ctrl – 5 for inventory
ctrl – 6 for character sheet
Neverwinter Ingame Settings
The red marked settings are the ones i’ve changed and i haven’t encountered any problems so far.
(I am sorry for the german language but i wrote the english name aswell as the english key name besides the ones, that matter for this guide)
Extra: XPadder Design + Image
This is the Neverwinter XPadder Design i’ve made because i wanted to give my Xpadder profile some spice.

And here is how to setup a custom design on XPadder:
Click on the wrench icon -> inside settings go to Design -> click on the open button -> open the Neverwinter.bmp image
Tipp: I also set the controller transparency to 46% so i can see the image below the controller image
