Overview
This guide will walk you through how to get every trophy, ending, and ending varient for Soltice! This guide does contain some spoilers. I suggest beating the game at least once before reading this gude. NO SPOILER TIPS FOR OBTAINING ENDINGS: Choices made from the prolog chapter to just before the final choice in chapter 3 will alter what information you receive in your notes, may unlock a trophy, and will put you on the path towards certain ending varients, while locking out others (particularly in the case of Galen’s endings and Yani’s endings). The choice that puts you on the path to a particular major ending occurs at the very end of chapter 3. Depending on the choice you make here, you may lock out certain major ending as a possibility. The choices you make in chapters 4 and 5 decide for certain which major ending and ending varients you will recieve (particularly in Yakone’s case). Please leave a comment if you notice any typos or mis-spellings. Also, please comment if you have discovered how to unlock something that is noted with ???. I began writing this guide after beating the game a couple of times and could use help with how to obtain certain ending varients that I unlocked and didn’t note what I had done to unlock them!
Trophies
Words of Wisdom: Listen to Ghede’s Advice
?? (I unlocked this immediately, please let me know if you find what unlocks this!)
Kindness of Strangesr: Promised Slava to look for Lev
Galen tellls Slava he will look for Lev
Take it Easy: Hallucinated in the bathouse
Yani goes to see Constance instead of Yakone. Choose “Work can wait.” to take a trippy bath.
Better Safe than Sorry: Told only lies during Yani’s and Galen’s conversation
Exactly as it sounds. During the conversation between Galen & Yani where both are demanding more details about one anothers background and purpose for being in the city, choose to lie at every opprotunity.
Tracking the lion: Discovered Lev’s body
I believe that you will unlock this no matter what set of choices you make. Let me know if you have avoided finding the body and missed this unlock!
First come first served: Yani was the first to enter the control chamber.
From the beginning of the game, have Yani make logical/rational choices and be distrustful of Galen. When you speak to Laura the first time you meet her, be rude and demand to see Istvan immediately. Yani will observe something off with the keystones. In the conversation that follows with Istvan, tell him he is acting like a flea with a rash. This will trigger a later event where Yani & Kasiya discuss the oddness of the keystones, which will lead to Kasiya trusting Yani to be the first to enter the chamber.
Author’s note: Credit to SailorTralfamadore for adding information regarding Yani’s behavior before meeting Istvan & Laura and pointing out a dialog choice needed for the first discussion with Istvan!
Bedside manner: Galen romances Kasiya
Anytime Galen interacts with Kasiya or discusses Kasiya, give good-humored/funny, postive, pro-Kasiya, or flirty responses. If given an option to spend “private time” with Kasiya, do it.
Tail wags: Allow yourself to be passionate with Sem.
Any time Yani interacts with Sem or discuess Sem, give postitive, flirty, pro-Sem, or pro-dog reponses. If given an option to recieve a massage or become romantic with Sem, do it.
Justice for All: Accuse Galen of Lev’s murder
At the trial, pick Galen as the accused. It does not matter how much evidence you have gathered to support your claim.
Found it!: Become obsessed with Kala
Have Yani ask about Kala when its presented as a choice in the dialog. It seems you do not need to choose the Kala option every time, but you must have selected it a few times AND Yani must ask Lev about Kala when you see his ghost.
Epistolary Secrets: Got secret correspondance from Yakone
Accuse Sem at the trial. Whenever you interact with Yakone, be direct and rational.
(Author’s note: I feel there is something else needed for this unlock. Please let me know if you do not unlock this trophy so I can mess with this one some more.)
Final Showdown: Made the final choice
Beat the game. I don’t think it matters what ending you recieve.
Jewel of the North: City survived the solstice intact
Obtain a Jewel of the North ending. To do this: Both Galen and Yani are present in the final showdown and suceed in protecting their part of the city’s systems.
Clear Waters: Save the spring, but not the city
Obtain a Clear Waters ending. To do this:
Route 1: Yani is imprisoned during the final chapters. Galen is successful in protecting the springs.
Route 2: Both Galen and Yani are present in the final show down, but only Galen is successful in protecting the springs.
Lifeless Technology: Saved the city, but not the springs
Obtain a Lifeless Technology ending. To do this:
Route 1: Galen is imprisoned during the final chapters. Yani is successful in protecting the city.
Route 2: Both Galen and Yani are present in the final show down, but only Yani is successful in protecting the ciy.
True Winter: No one survived the winter

Route 1: Yani is imprisoned during the final chapters. Galen is not successful in protecting the springs.
Route 2: Galen is imprisoned during the final chapters. Yani is not successful in protecting the city.
Route 3: Both Galen and Yani are present in the final show down, but both are not successful in protecting the city or springs.
Route 4: Both Galen and Yani are present in the final chapters, but choose to escape the city with Yakone (see below).
Easy way out: Escape with Yakone
Accuse Sem at the trial. Whenever you interact with Yakone, be direct, pessimistic, and rational. When Yakone offers an escape in the final chapter, take it.
Over achiever: Found all possible endings
Exactly what it sounds like. You must unlock every ending and have a 100% for each ending.
Endings & Varients
The deciding factor for which ending you will recieve depends on your choice of who to accuse at the trial.
Jewel of the North: Accuse Sem.
Clear Waters: Accuse Istvan OR Sem.
Lifeless Technology: Accuse Galen OR Sem.
True Winter: Anyone can be accused.
The Jewel of the North, Clear Springs, and Lifeless Technology endings all have 4 major sections of varients answering what becomes of the characters afte the game.
