NOTE 2: Rail Cannon(Gun) nerfed fire rate after Dawn of the Megabots update

• Mega SMG update
  Rail Buff – Rail reload time is now 12 seconds (from 20 seconds). Rail damage has been buffed by 12.5% at T9 and 25% at T10

• Mega Wheel update
  Rail Cannon DMG increased by 25% at all Tiers

• Dawn of the Megabots
  Rail Cannon now has a 0.95 sec cool-down between shots when fired
