По ссылке в самом низу находится архив с модифицированным файлом и его оригиналом, заменить файл по пути steamappscommonStreets of Rage 4data и наслаждаться)))
Заменить 1 файл: bigfile
Если потребуется вернуть оригинальный баланс, то есть 2 варианта:
1. Скопировать оригинальный файл из архива, переименовав bigfile_original в bigfile;
2. Удалить файл bigfile и скачать снова через проверку файлов игры;
П.С. Рекомендую всем кто наиграл 500 и более часов,
вам обязательно понравится то с чем вы столкнетесь,
а если вас будет 2 или 3, то вы испытаете не передаваемые ощущения xD
