the fix
1. open up the location of your java.exe for wakfu, if u dont know where that is press play in the launcher, then ctrl+alt+delete and right cick OpenJDKplatform binary and select open location.
2. right click wakfujrewin32x64binJava.exe and select Properties>compatibility>Change high DPI settings. Under High DPI scaling override select Apllication controlled scaling and apply these settings. image for better understanding:
3. thats all, just restart the game and all the issues should be fixed, whether its HP bars not alligning properly, unable to progress trough the Tutorial, weird white lines going trough ui or maybe even glitchy looking text, the only problem now is that the UI is probably very big so you need to set it to the minimum in the game options.
4. if by some chance this fix did not work, you can try System (enhanced) scaling instead
