Overview
Hello Everyone ,I just got the Game and as i own Euro truck 2 already , Playing the first game after the new one felt kinda strange since many things are different . So started to look for any mods that might be worth having for this game and Saw that the forums dont say thing about them.So after Digging around , i came to this conclusion 1)most of the mods for this older game are gone since the links for downloading them are dead in most cases2)you will be mislead to download a euro truck 2 mod for this 3) there are a lot of maps and truck skins, truck mods that mess the game up , to preserve game’s orginality avoid themSo Here are some basic mods that work fine , i found that provide some important functions to the game
1.Install Instructions
– make a backup of your save in case something goes wrong
-First off extract the mod contents from the zipped file
-place them in mod folder of euro truck simulator aka documentsEuro truck
simulatormods
-run the game the mods will be applied
2.Mods List
A)Real logos Mod
You will want this one , This mod Replaces the truck names with their real
world counter part name , For example valliant -> volvo
I loved this one , finally the trucks with real name made some sense this is
how it looks
B)Interior Mirrors Mod
Adds a interior mirror in the cab aka when you dont want to use the outside mirror , Helps if you just want to focus on the windshield

C) Ferry Mod
This is something i am trying out yet , by the sound of it the mod as a ferry
to let you use it . The ferry is in ETS2 where you can go to other worlds. So
not sure if its the same
D)Realistic Camera Mod
This is something again i am trying out , It changes the view you get in the
cabin , From what i have seen its a bit wide now .Test it out and see if it
helps
Since the original site where the mods were hosted is gone and the mods are no longer easily searchable, i have lumped all the 4 mods into a single zip file from the copy i had locally.

These are the 4 Mods i am using now all at once , there are no conflicts in
the game will all these mods running at once, There are tons of
skins,trucks,trailers etc but i dont think its needed .If you find any mod
that overhauls the game rules , price etc let me know that would be helpful
