Fix / Решение

I did not find a solution on the Internet, I just used logic and found a solution, it is like the first and second parts, so there is nothing complicated here, FOLLOW SCREENSHOTS

1. Go to game folder
2. Go to folder “dlc”
3. Open “config.ini” and set fps=30 (NOT 60) and set other setting if u need
4. Profit!

Просто зайдите в папку с игрой, дальше в папку с длс и откройте конфиг, и измените параметр fps с 60 на 30, и по своему желанию можете изменить ещё какие-то настройки. Если не понятно, следуйте скриншотам
