Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 Guide

Ultimate end-game weapons and armors for Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1

Ultimate end-game weapons and armors

Overview

This guide is for people that want to gather the best weapon and armor on the game. In order to get this weapons and armors, you first need to have all the DLC and finished the game already, which you should be on your NG+(New Game +). I would also like to apologize if my english aren’t that good or I made some minor grammar mistakes.

Before we start…

Before we start this make sure that your character that you will be using already have the 2nd best equipment on the game which can be get via the Colossuem. You can find a guide about those weapons on another guide created by Jackkel Dragon.
[link]

Also another to note down is that this will require quite a lot of time due to the fact the drop rate on those equipments aren’t that good even if you got the “Droprate Lv.5” chip on your disc, even if you have them on each 3 characters you are using. An example of this is when I was farming Noire weapons and armor plan which took me at least 2hours of farming that boss to get the drop, I guess I’m just unlucky.

Also According to my experience:
One last final warning to you guys that decided to do this, THE ITEM DROP RATE IS NOT REALLY THAT GOOD and THE ITEM DROP ISN’T STATIC AS WELL, meaning that there is a chance that you will get another “same plan or equipment” over and over again. On my experience when I was farming for Ram, I have about 5 of her weapon before I got the armor and similar to Noire, I got 3 plans for the armor until I got the weapon plan.

Anyway, lets now talk about how to get those weapons and armors, I will split this guide in sections that represent each CPU and CPU Candidate. Each of the CPU’s have 2 ultimate end-game weapon/armor. Only the CPU that requires to farm the “plan” in order for the item to appear in the shop while for the CPU Candidate, you are required to farm the boss until it you gives the “actual” weapon/armor.

In order to get those weapons and armors, we will now look at which dungeon drops them.

Dungeons:
  • Noma Cave
  • Millenium Labryinth
  • Nights’ Dimension
  • Uwii Ruins
  • Adjiten Forest Pass
  • Yukawa Ruins
  • Naasne Volcano
  • Kinest Range

You will need to unlock a plan on those dungeons, which is the “Add Super Enemies” plan and you will require to have the right amount of “Shares” to enable the “Add Super Enimies” plan.

Shares:
  • Noma Cave requires you to have at least 25% Planeptune Share.
  • Millenium Labryinth requires you to have at least 25% Lastation Share.
  • Night’s Dimension requires you to have at least 25% Leanbox Share.
  • Uwii Ruins requires you to have at least 25% Lowee Share.
  • Adjiten Forest Pass requires you to have at least 25% Planeptune Share.
  • Yukawa Ruins requires you to have at least 25% Lastation Share.
  • Naasne Volcano requires you to have at least 25% Lowee Share.
  • Kinest Range requires you to have at least 25% Lowee Share.

Now lets start with this boss hunting!

Bosses

This part are the list of the bosses that you need to kill to get those weapon and armors.

You can start to whichever boss you want to fight first or in other words, which character you prefer to gear up first, on my part, I started with Noire and Uni.

Boss List:
  • Delphi Eggplant MK-2.
  • Legacy MK-2.
  • Clione.
  • Super Gebachu.
  • Moonlight Bug.
  • Hyper Gebachu

Before starting to farm these bosses, please read the Tips and Tricks section to help you and make this guide much easier.

Lastation CPU and CPU Candidate

I will be starting with Noire and Uni because they are my favourite and both are just hnngghh…

Noire

Anyway, we will start with Noire first then move on to Uni later. For Noire part, we will be farming the weapon plan and armor plan called Durandal and Black Cat Ring.

I have attached an image of the stats of Durandal weapon and Black Cat Ring.

Now In order to get those plans, we will go to Millenium Labryinth and find a boss called Delphi Eggplant MK-2.

This is an image of what the boss looks like and its pretty much straightfoward to kill, so just build up your EXE and lower the guard and spam the EXE with Noire or any of the character you prefered to use.

Again, the boss won’t drop the item straightfoward after you killed him, its pretty much similar to MMORPG that you grind instances/dungeon to get the drops you wanted.

Once you do get the plans on both the equipment then you will start farming the required item to create them. Please look at the image below about those plans and the items needed for it.

Sadly, I can’t remember the right required amount on each items to create the plan.

Uni

This time for Uni, we will head off to Yukawa Ruins and find a boss called Legacy MK-2.
Beautiful boss isn’t it? Well we going to kill it anyway, and get the Virtua Blaster and Vita Ring .
This one is pretty easy to kill as well and the best part is that we don’t need to create the plan for those equipments, the boss will actually drop the equipment instead of a plan.

Lowee CPU and CPU Candidate

On this section it will be about the White Goddesses aka Blanc, Ram and Rom.

Blanc

We will start with Blanc first because as I said earlier on the Lastation section, she is one of my favourite.

Now lets head to Uwii Ruins and find a Clione!

If you been farming Clione for credits and leveling before then you pretty much know how to kill this one. Build up your EXE and break the guard then spam those EXE on clione, and after finally killing it on how many times you did, you should got the plans for CPU Crusher and U-Ring.

Then start on what you need to do, grind those materials and create the plan. Then you should be have these two on Blanc once you bought them on the Shop.

Now lets start the Loli twins, I mean Rom and Ram.

Rom

This time we going to Naasne Volcano and find another… Clione.

Same as the one you did to Blanc when farming the Clione, you should be able to do this as well. Now the best part is that we don’t need to create the plan since this Clione will drop the actual equipment for Rom which are Staff of Truth and LL Ring.

Ram

Once you got those equipment for Rom, lets start with Ram this time. Lets begin by going to Kinest Range and find a boss called Super Gebachu.

For this boss, its also the same as how you killed the other bosses on Lastation section and Clione, just build up EXE and break the guard to kill it. Then after many deaths on the boss, you will get Staff of Ideals and Pop-up Ring.

After you got all Blanc, Ram and Rom then your finally done with Lowee section.

Planeptune CPU and CPU Candidate

Now finally we start with the main character of the game according to the creator BUT I shall not believe since Noire and Uni will be my main character.

Anyway on this part we will focus on Nep-Nep and Nep-Nep v2… Ops I mean Neptune and Nepgear.

Neptune

Nep-Nep lets go to Noma Cave and lets find us some of your favourite food… Ops I mean Hated food aka the eggplant on the game called Delphi Eggplant MK-2.

Similar to Noire’s part, the boss is pretty much the same except this boss is a bit tougher so I suggest to do this boss when your level 900+. Once your on that level then start grinding this boss until you get the plans for Kiryu Sword and Shining Ring.

Once again, start farming the materials once you got both of the plans which should give you these equipments:

After you got both of the equipments for Neptune, lets start with Nep-Nep v2… I mean Nepgear.

Nepgear

For Nepgear, we begin our journey to Adjiten Forest Pass and we are going to start killing some spiders, by that I mean the Moonlight Bug.

This boss is pretty much the same as other bosses, it should be easy to kill. Once you killed the boss it will hopefully give you a Beam Zapper and V Crystal Ring.

Congrats, your almost done with the grinding of all those equipements, 4 more to go!

Leanbox CPU

For people that love the “plot”, we are now going to start with the “plot” by that I mean, Vert!

Vert

For Vert, we will go kill some gaint pikachu also know as Hyper Gebachu on Nights’ Dimension.

You should be around level 900+ by then when you start farming for Vert or maybe you’re already max level. This boss is pretty much the same when you’re doing Ram’s part.

By the time you finally killed him enough, you should at least got the plans for Gungnir and Round Ring unless your unlucky like me which took forever to get those plans.

One final push of grinding, farm those materials and it should finally give you these:

Congratulation you’re finally done with the grinding part for all the equipments!

Iris Heart CPU and Yellow Heart CPU

On this section, we will now try get the last part of the equipment which is for Iris Heart and Yellow Heart.

This will be the hardest part of this grinding section because instead of going to dungeons to find the bosses, here we will go to the Colosseum and look for the 2 S-rank battles which are “Beast who hunts kings”, and “Thunder and Lightning”.

Iris Heart (Plutia) and Yellow Heart (Peashy)

For Iris Heart aka Plutia, we will start with the “Beast who hunts kings”.

This will be the hardest to achieve unless you already read loads of guides and forums regarding on how to do this then you’re probably fine then but anyway, on this fight, there are the two most annoying monsters on the game also known as the “Skill Jammers” and “Item Jammers”.

The Boss and the Skill Jammers are weak against Fire element while the Item Jammer is weak against Wind element so I decided to use the “White Goddesses” with the equipments that I just grinded/farmed for them. By White Goddesses I mean Blanc, Ram and Rom.

Another user suggested that you can try this setup:

For Plutia’s and Peashy’s Colosseum battles just a suggestion you could put Vert as Blanc’s partner as she also has “Shorten wait time” as well as being able to switch to her once the main boss and skill jammer are gone since the item jammer is weak to wind magic and very resistant to all other types of attacks. 🙂
As for team i dont really recommend running with the “White Goddess” as their skills and
F-EXE skills are pretty much all Ice element attacks and will do little or no damage to the enemies.

Now back to the fighting setup against the boss, I will use Blanc to tank the dragon and the Item Jammer on this fight. Tip on this is to keep using Defend with Blanc until you finally killed the Skill Jammer using Rom and Ram with their Fire Storm attacks and then move on to the dragon, keep the item Jammer to the last since that monster is pretty much annoying to kill, once both the two monsters are dead, now spam Wind Storm against the Item Jammer.

The Partner setups I used on this fight are these…

It’s important that each characters have a “Shortens Wait” for their bonuses.

Now you’ll be wondering how can you heal Blanc while focusing Ram and Rom towards the Skill Jammer? Well I used a “red chip” called “Famous Artist” which gives “Gradual HP Recovery Lv.5” for Blanc which is pretty useful for her.

Also make sure you’re using a “yellow chip” for Ram and Rom called “Bullet Hell” which gives “Act Fast Lv.5”

For Yellow Heart aka Peashy, we will start with the “Thunder and Lightning”.

On this fight, use the same setup as you used for Iris Heart fight and keep focusing on the Skill Jammer with Ram and Rom while Blanc tanks the boss and Item Jammer.

Once you completed both fights, you should have the best weapon for both CPU’s and to get the armor, just go to the shop and buy them.

Tips and Tricks

Here’s a Tip and Tricks suggested by the Users themselves and by Me on regards to farming the bosses. Also Thank you for the great feedbacks on how to make this guide easier for other users.

My Tip is to make sure your characters are at least lvl 700-999 before you start killing those bosses since this will make it more easier and the harder part will be on the last part of the guide. The reason I suggested this level is to make those bosses deal “0 damage” to you except on certain bosses. Also I suggest not to start the Noma Cave and Nights’ Dimension at level 700, wait till 900+.

A user named “Escaped” suggested that “Neptune” boss also known as the Delphi Eggplant MK-2,

Originally posted by Escaped:

He is NOT stronger than the one in Millenium Labyrinth, He is actually weaker, with a self regen less than that of the one in millenium labyrinth, and was hitting me for 0 Damage at level 750.

This is why I suggested to start doing this bosses at level 700+ due to that fact.

Also sorry that I forgot to write up a guide on what equipment to wear such as Armor/Ornament, but a user called “♡ Miyuki Kotone 美幸琴音” suggested that to

TIP: For those planning on farming would recommend running with either “Charicite” or “TPS Disc” as the bosses love to spam status conditions.

Also a user called “Mizufluffy” suggested that to make the fighting for those bosses easier:

Hint: in dungeons with save point you can just fill up whole EXE gauge, save, go and kill the boss and if it doesn’t drop at least one of the items you need then you can load the save and you have full EXE gauge again without having to fill it from the beginning, then you just run to boss for new kill. Should work quite well at least with Neptune, Nepgear and Ram based on my experience. With this method you even lower their spawn times since enemies spawn in the dungeon about the same time (only a few seconds after loading the game) when you load save in a dungeon (or enter there from world map).

Some users suggested to start with the CPU Candidate bosses first since they are easier to kill which some of them said that you can kill those bosses at lvl 200+. Also to NOTE that I created this guide when all my characters are level 999 so I don’t know the prefered bosses to start with.

I somehow beat the Nepgear boss at level 180, had no chance against anything else though.

Originally posted by ♡ Miyuki Kotone 美幸琴音:

Not sure if it helps much but thought i might say that when i was farming the drops for the CPU candidates the boss mobs aren’t that hard to beat and the drop rate isn’t that bad (getting the drops on on the 3-5th try) unsure about the CPU’s because can’t currently get to mobs because of not having the dungeon or the mob being to hard for me at this stage ( Team is about Lv450-500ish and only CPU boss i can get to for drops at the moment is Noire’s )

Reference and Conclusion

Overall, It took me about at least 12-24hrs on farming thoses bosses to get all those equipments for each Goddesses or CPU.

I hope you enjoyed reading this guide and find it helpful at least. Now you’re finally done with the game unless you want to get all the costumes/outfits/accessories then go create those plans!

I won’t be able to create this guide without any help from this sources.
