Overview
So in between going to the Junkyard praying for the RNG I want, I’ve decided many a time to attempt to manipulate the physics of the game to escape the Junkyard map and satisfy my curiosity for what lies beyond; and from the thumbnail you can see it is possible and its not random chance either (well, a little)Suprisingly, there are a few things out there that catch interest; but I won’t spoil them.
How to
Here’s how you do it:
1. When arriving at the junkyard head to the furthest most corner of the map (spawn, head right, then north) you should see some pallets and beyond that a wrecked SUV prop
2. Make sure that no car has spawned around that area, if so it’s best to restart.
3. Walk upto the SUV from it’s left side and walk rubbing against it, making sure you step on the side skirt.
4. If all is well, the games physics should have freaked out and you should teleport units above your position onto a small collision platform above the windows.
5. Walk forward to the SUV mirror, and here’s where it gets tricky
6. CAREFULLY walk ‘around’ the mirror, the collision seems to be almost pixel perfect so take your time.
7. If you make it to the bonnet (hood) then just simply walk onto the roof and passed the wall of cars behind it (I got out by going to the top right corner of the roof and steping over the wall)
8. EXPLORE! You’re done! Now go explore, I recommend heading north and seeing the skybox at the cutoff; also don’t worry, the flat plain below the terrain is solid so you wont fall. Have fun!
