Describing All Recources In Defiance And How To Get Them

Scrip

Scrip Recource

Scrip is the most “commonly” used Currency.

Scrip can be found by killing any kind of NPC (Except Neutral Ones or Allied Ones OFC)
Scrip Can Be Gained The Fastest Way By Doing Events such as Warmaster, Seiges, Incursions or even joining PvP (Ctrl –> Matchmaking)

Many Characters Ingame aswell as in the TV show “Defiance” refer to Scrip since it is as i stated above “…the most “commonly” used Currency.”

Bits

Bits Recource

The Bits Currency is the Premium Currency that “Most” players want.
It is mainly redeemed by purchasing it at the Defiance Store

Bits Is Used In The Ingame Defiance Store for Many purposes, mainly what players are expected to do with Bits is to purchase Lockboxes or Vehicles, Most players that joined when Defiance went F2P ended up Purchasing extended Keycode limits and inventory slots.

Keycodes

Keycodes Recource

Keycodes are used to purchase Lockboxes from a Lockbox Vendor Located at almost every Fast Travel Location Around Paridise

Keycodes can be obtained easily by doing Arkfalls or any sort of Event that is currently taking place. In the recent updates they have nerfed purchasing of Keycodes

The “Free-2-Play” Players have a Keycode Cap of 50 Keycodes but can be raised by upgrading in the Defiance Ingame Store to purchase with Bits

Ark Salvage

Ark Salvage Resource

The Ark Salvage resource becomes very useful later in the game around 2’000 EGO Rating+

Ark Salvage is used in the Salvage Matrix Mainly and is most commonly used in “Add Mod Slots”
It is expected to have a high amount of this but don’t spend it quickly due to it being valuable later on. 100’000 Ark Salvage is a reasonable amount for a player around 750 EGO Rating.

The Ark Salvage should not be taken for granted since if you do, soon you will have about 20’000 Left and unable to do much and then notice yourself struggling regaining to your Initial peak amount.

Ark Spike Battery

Ark Spike Battery Recource

This is a DLC Currency from the “Arkbreaker” DLC and is used on Major and Minor Impact Windows.

This recource can be obtained by daily and weekly arkhunter reward. and also in the “Supplies” Vendor

There is Currently a FIXED cap on Ark Spike Batteries and its set to [4]

Caeruleum Cores

Caeruleum Cores Recource

Caeruleum Cores is a Rare recource and can only be obtained by doing The Paradise Territory Weekly Contract.

To Purchase anything from a vendor with the cores you need a minimum of 10 cores, 3 cores are provided if the weekly Contract is completed.

Expert Difficulty can be Unlocked by reaching 5’000 EGO Rating

Arkforge

Arkforge Recource

Arkforge is the Premium Pristine Resource that everybody wants.
It is used in the Salvage matrix and is used to
-Upgrade Rarity of Items
-Upgrade Rating of Items
-Change Weapon Mastery Bonus of Items

Upgrading Rarities is set to these

Finishing 1 Arkfall with yourself at about 2’000 EGO Rating gives you about 2 Arkforge.
World Bosses Normally Give you About 7-17
