Overview
Support for Roberta Williams’ Phantasmagoria was added to ScummVM 2.0+ and you can integrate it into the existing Sierra Launcher with a few tweaks to the config.

Download & Install ScummVM
You can find the most recent download at [link]
“Windows Installer” is probably the version you want. You can also play these games on other operating systems but that’s beyond the scope of this guide.
Install ScummVM like any other Windows application by running the exe and following the instructions.
Integrate ScummVM into the Launcher
The Sierra Launcher likes to look for files under its game folder, so we have to create a copy of ScummVM. Copy the folder C:Program Files (x86)ScummVM to C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonPhantasmagoria. You should now have a copy of the ScummVM folder nested in your Phantasmagoria folder.
Now you must edit your SierraLauncher.ini file, see below. You may want to backup the original.
If you copied the directory correctly and edited the configuration file, you’re finished. Start Phantasmagoria normally and everything should just work.
[Linux] Native ScummVM and DOSBox
On Linux you can make use of two compatibility tools to run your games natively, Roberta[github.com] for ScummVM and Boxtron[github.com] for DOSBox.
Simply follow the instructions for installing and using these tools on their respective GitHub page, you can also join Discord[discord.gg] for additional support.
