Overview

Here is how you run F.E.A.R.: Extraction Point in widescreen.

Solution #1

1 -> Configure graphics settings in game first (Disable “FSAA” if you are using SweetFX)
2 -> Locate C:UsersPublicDocumentsTimeGate StudiosFEARXPsettings.cfg
3 -> Open “settings.cfg” with notepad and change the “ScreenWidth” and “ScreenHeight” values to match your native resolution.

After doing this do not change any “Display” settings in game.
