How To Instantly Remove Your Bounty (console)

Hi everyone, this guide will help you step by step to remove or clear your bounty using the console command.You know, sometimes it’s a little bit annoying and frustrating to get rid of the bounty, so, here we go.

Drop the gold

First of all, before you clear up your bounty using this method, all of the gold in your inventory will also be wiped out as well, right after you successfully execute the console command. So you’ll need to drop all of your gold, store it in a chest, store it in NPC, etc.

If you want to drop the gold in an instant, you can also use console command to drop it.

• Open console command by pressing ” ` “ ( ` is located under esc button on the keyboard)
• Type ” player.drop f <the amount of the gold you want to drop> “

e.g : ” player.drop f 100″ , that would make you drop 100 amount of gold.

Open the console command

To open console command, press ” ` “
The symbol ” ` “ is located under esc button on the general keyboard layout.

Type the command

Now type the console command below.

” player.paycrimegold <X> <Y> <FactionID> “

• X =
  type 0 to keep the stolen item (i usually choose this)
  type 1 to remove the stolen item

• Y =
  type 0 to not go to the jail (i usually choose this)
  type 1 to go to the jail

• FactionID
  Fill the FactionID with the faction code below, depend on which Hold you want your bounty be cleared of.

  00028170 – Falkreath
  000267E3 – Eastmarch (Windhelm)
  00029DB0 – Haafingar (Solitude)
  0002816D – Hjaalmarch (Morthal)
  0002816e – The Pale (Dawnstar)
  0002816C – The Reach (Markarth)
  0002816B – The Rift (Riften)
  000267EA – Whiterun
  0002816F – Winterhold

  e.g : ” player.paycrimegold 0 0 00029DB0 “
  That will make my bounty on Solitude gone, and i’m neither be sent to jail or lose the stolen item.
