Long time passed, and Smooth Operators finally launched on Steam. Download Desura Client
Go to Desura[desura.com] find Get Desura, download, install, and login into it.
The client are lightweight, only 30MB-ish. Excluding the stub installer.
Open Key Section
Open Desura menu, click Tools, then List Games and CD Keys
Then, search for Smooth Operators box art, hover on it, then click YOUR KEYS
Generate you Key
Next, click Generate your keys.
Now, the keys are yours to redeem on Steam or giving it away to your friend.
