Overview
A guide for 100% Quest & Event completion, Achievements, Very easy Lily Rank Grinding, Accessories, Medal Farming Locations & Collection.
Intro
I’ll just cut to the chase with this intro. Action Unleashed is a pretty straight forward game when it comes to getting achievements except 4 missables which are Event Master, Quest Master, Please Help! and Accessory Fanatic. All the quests for Quest Master are divided appropriately for each chapter that way you a have 0% chance of having under 100% after the solo quests in Chapter 4. I would also encourage newcomers to DISABLE Bonus and Hard DLC quests as they do not count and might make things confusing.
With Quest Master out of the way, you’ll get Quick Riser and won’t be locked out of Accessory Fanatic in return. I don’t know how anyone can possibly miss Event Master but the City Watch events (which you should check out at the beginning of each Chapter) are listed here too. Also, NEVER grind to Lv. 99 during Story Mode as it is a complete waste of time and you’ll easily reach it naturally with all 10 characters before reaching Floor 25 in Neptral Tower. DLC Quests and Quick Riser aren’t needed either.
Lily Rank grinding is obviously the most tedious thing this game has to offer and will eat up most of your time for 100% achievements but there are ways to cut time. I wouldn’t recommend lily grinding in Neptral Tower either since the PC version loads much faster than the Vita version by default and that method was mainly just to cut down on loading times (for Vita).
I also included the effects of all the accessories as well as the medal collection to help newcomers (or those who have not completed the game) decide which accessories are worth equipping on the journey. Levels don’t matter that much in this game as most accessories will make you completely OP or an OP glass cannon (Very high offense but pitiful defense that will usually get you killed with 1 hit).
I forgot to clarify that Costume Breaks DO serve a purpose in this game outside of a 50% EXE Gain or fanservice. A total of 6 will be needed for each character’s 2 City Watch events under Game News to appear. Having 1 DEF, Spamming Y attacks or Easy Rippin’ outfits will grant easier Costume Breaks so just purposely receive one on every quest that way you don’t need to “grind” them during Chapter 4. Each character must also be used a total of 3 times for the 3rd City Watch- Game News event
[Sad Times! ______ Faces Criticism!] after 3 Costume Breaks
[News Flash! ______ B-Day Suit!] after 6 Costume Breaks
[Nice! ______ on a Roll] after completing 3 quests with each respective character

Watch an event by selecting City Watch in the World main menu.
Select Sound in the World main menu to listen to unlocked tracks in the game
Receive a Costume Break by taking damage.
Complete a quest in HDD Mode. You’ll need 50% of the EXE Drive Gauge by either killing enemies or receiving a costume break which automatically grant that amount. Press RB + A to transform.
While in HDD Mode (earlier in the game) press LB + X to initiate an EXE Drive attack.
Equip an accessory that has a negative effect. You DON’T need to equip Forced Lv. 1 Belt to unlock the achievement.
Initiate a 999 Hit combo. It’s possible to do in the very first quest otherwise you’ll easily get later on in the game. Spamming Vert’s Kinestra Dance with enough SP is one of the easiest ways to get this achievement out of the way early on in the game.

Quick Riser– (missable)
Achievements: 25/35
Quest Master (missable)
Earn 100% quest completion by clearing all 75 quests. This is missable if you skip the City Watch events or some quests as they both unlock additional quests.
Event Master (missbale)
Complete 3 quests with all characters, receive 6 costume breaks with everyone and watch all the events in story mode. You can get costume breaks out the way easier by having very low DEF (1 in most cases) and restarting the mission over and over until 2 city watch news events appear for that respective character. Missable if you skip the City Watch events or some quests that have events after completion.
Gamindustri Gauntlet
After Story Mode is completed, Gamindustri Gauntlet a 1 vs. 1 mode is unlocked where all the characters duke it out. You have 3 difficulties to choose from Wimpy, Decent and Pro (just pick Wimpy to save yourself the pain) and are required to complete it a whopping 18 TIMES for some OP accessories and 2 achievements.
- Demon Lipstick- Neptune
- Heat Gauntlet- Purple Heart
- Demon Mirror- Noire
- Scarlet Crystal- Black Heart
- Demon Bouquet- Blanc
- Fire Tome- White Heart
- Demon Puff- Vert
- Crimson Pendant- Green Heart
- Darkness Gear- Nepgear
- Vermilion Helmet- Purple Sister
- Darkness Ring- Uni
- Red Mantle- Black Sister
- Darkness Donut- Rom
- Sun Flute- White Sister Rom
- Darkness Hoop- Ram
- Burning Facemask- White Sister Ram
- Hell’s Gem- Dengekiko
- Frenzy Anklet- Famitsu
Achievements: 27/35
Beat Gamindustri Gauntlet once with any character.
Beat Gamindustri Gauntlet 18 TIMES with all characters including transformations (except Dengekiko and Famitsu).
Neptral Tower
The second most tedious part of the game. You’ll need to climb 50 floors 5 TIMES with all 10 characters to get 2 achievements as well as a chance to KO Next-Gen Mech at Lv. 1 for an additional achievement including the final accessory Fever Slot
After completing Neptral Tower with all 10 characters, everyone’s Lily Rank should increase by 1. I find it better to complete it with low Lily Ranks since lower ones require MORE grinding to increase as opposed to wasting your time swapping characters constantly to reach Rank 9 with everyone and finally completing it afterwards for all 10’s.
Now it’s time re-do Floor 50 of Neptral Tower again at Lv. 1 to destroy Next-Gen Mech and get the last accessory Fever Slot
4 secs > 40 mins
- Fever Slot -Defeat Next-gen Mech on the 50th floor of Neptral Tower at Lv. 1
Achievements: 33/35
Simply reach Lv. 99. You’ll most likely get before reaching Floor 25 in Neptral Tower
Complete all 50 floors with a pair of any 2 characters.
Complete all 50 floors with all 10 characters (or 5 pairs in this case). 50 x 5= 250 floors of fun…
Defeat Next-Gen mech on the 50th floor of Neptral Tower at Lv. 1. Activate the 1 hit kill cheat and equip the Forced Lv. 1 belt on any character and you’re good to go.
Accessory Fanatic (missable)
You need to have all 57 accessories in the game. This is missable if you didn’t get the Quest Master achievement as Quick Riser is only received after 100% quest completion.
Acquire all medal bonuses. Fever Slot can help when it comes to this achievement but I doubt you’ll need it after climbing Neptral Tower 5 times over.
Lily Rank Grinding
The final and most tedious bit of the game has finally arrived. Lily Rank grinding which plagues most Neptunia titles has returned and out with a vengeance only this time it takes FAR longer to reach your goal. This game only comes second to Hyperdevotion Noire when to comes to the tedious, monotonous, bore chore of a task that is lily rank grinding. Luckily there’s a way to cut some corners.
First, activate 1 hit kills. Next head to Volcanic Liquid under Dynamite de Volcano (Yes Volcanic Liquid, NOT Tight Squeeze or Neptral Tower) and kill the 4 golems in 2 secs. Repeat hundreds of times until your most painful achievement is received.
Done!
- Neptune- Virtual Strider
- Nepgear- Virtual Strider
- Noire – Precious Stream
- Uni- EX Multi Buster
- Blanc- Gefahrlichtern or simply press Y
- Rom- Charming Bowl
- Ram- Charming Bowl
- Vert- Sikkim Bind
- Dengekiko- H-Dimension Railgun
- Famitsu- Powerful Stamp
Achievements: 35/35
Do I even need to go on? This is by far the WORST achievement this game has to offer. It almost takes about the same amount of time to get this single achievement vs. the other 33 which is absolutely stupid. I got you covered if you’ve stuck around this long reading my guide.
