Friend Menu

Everything is more fun with friends!

That goes for My Sunny Resort as well 😉 Not only is playing with friends more fun, it will also give your certain advantages in the game – you can help out your friends, receive experience rewards and earn stars toward friendship cards, as well as trade cards with your buddies.

You can access the Friend Menu by clicking on the button with the people in the top menu bar.

This will open up your Friend Menu. To add a new Friend, click on one of the free “+” signs:

Inviting and Recruiting Friends

You’ll have two options:

Invite Friends

This will bring up a field where you can add a player by entering their username (the one they use here on the forums should work in most cases, unless they tell you otherwise. If you know the person, you can also use their e-mail address.

Recruit Friends

This will bring up a field where you can invite someone that isn’t playing My Sunny Resort yet via their e-mail address. Just enter their e-mail to send them an invitation. If they use the link it that e-mail to register (very important – make sure they know!), you will even get 10 Shells once they reach level 20.

Visit Friends and Messages

You can visit your friend’s hotels by selecting them and clicking on the “Visit” button in the bottom left-hand corner.

In your friend’s resort, you can complete tasks by clicking on pins — if you complete all of these little chores, you will be rewarded with half a star. Collecting 3 stars will get you a random card piece as a reward. You can collect a total of 9 stars per day.

You can also message your friends by selecting them and clicking on the “Send Message” button to the left.

Just enter a short subject or title, and then write your message in the bigger box. Hit “Send” to send it out!

In your Friend Menu, you will also see a “Blocked Senders” tab. This tab allows you to block other players from sending you messages. Simply enter a player you would like to block in the box, and then hit “Add.”
