Overview
If you only get a black screen with audio when the videos are playing, then this fix may help you. It works for me on Windows 10.
Change Compatibility Settings
To fix this small but annoying problem, you must change a simple compatibility setting for the S-AZ2 executable.
1. Navigate to the game folder. It is usually going to be:
C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonS-AZ2
3. Select the “Compatibility” tab.
4. Find and check the box “Disable fullscreen optimizations”. Click “Apply” and then “OK”.
5. Run the game, and you should be able to see the intro videos. (There are two, one is a company logo, and the other is an intro video that includes a very cheesy song. The only other video is the credits.)

A lot of people have been saying that this no longer works on Windows 10. I do not have Windows 10 installed right now, unfortunately.
