Overview
This is a simple guide that shows how to use the FPV walking / Explore mode in D Series Off Road Simulation.
Basic Walking FPV Explore Mode Controls
FPV Explore Walking mode
You can exit and enter any vehicle in D Series. This will show you how to do that and what to do when you are out of a vehicle.
You can enter or exit the vehicle at any time by hitting the “enter / exit vehicle” button on your controller. You can also enter or exit a vehicle by hitting the F4 Key on the keyboard (Onboard driving Cam) or hitting the F7 Key on the keyboard (Explore FPV Walking Cam).
Once you are out of the vehicle the controls of the vehicle do not work. (you are not in the vehicle Duh.) So make sure to leave your vehicle on a flat surface. In time as the game develops more…. you will be able to use the Parking Brake to keep the runaways to a minimum. but for now you must find a flat surface or you will be chasing.
You can walk around with the keyboard or Controller. The keyboard is a general WASD control and the Controller is your general FPV style control.
With a XBOX style controller:
Left Stick X = Walk Forward and Backward
Left Stick Y = Walk Left or Right
Right Stick X = Look Right or Left
Right Stick Y = Look Up or Down
(A) button on Controller is Run
(B) button on Controller is Jump
(Y) button on Controller is Enter Exit Car
(X) button on Controller is Reset Car
With a Keyboard
W Key = Walk Forward
S Key = Walk Backward
D Key = Walk Right
A Key = Walk Left
Left Shift = Run
Spacebar = Jump
Return = Interact / Wash Car
F4 Key = Enter Vehicle
F7 Key = Exit Vehicle
Washing your Vehicle
Washing Vehicles:
As you drive your vehicle it will acquire dirt, mud and debris. If you would like to wash it, you can get out of any vehicle by hitting the Enter/Exit Vehicle button (or the F7 Key on keyboard) and then hit the Interact button on your controller (the Right Stick Button or Return Key on Keyboard). You will then have a power washer in your hand :). When you have sprayed the vehicle clean enough it will turn off the power washer automatically.
