Some describe it as “slowdown”, if I’m correct, but you can easily point out that the frames go nuts every battle and beyond…And the solution is pretty ridiculous, just as the case that a 10+ years old game runs like this on modern machines.
Solution
In Sound settings, change the “3D Sound Provider” to whatever you feel but “RAD Game Tools RSX 3D Audio”.
