Вам надо удалить все данные об аккаунте, так как он сломался и проблема в самом аккаунте, а не в файлах и тд. Переходим по C:Users[имя пользователя]AppDataLocalTekkenGameSavedSaveGamesTEKKEN7[айди стим], и удаляем всё что есть в папке. Из минусов – все ваши достижения, выбитые скины, ранг и тд пропадут, но это единственный выход из вашей ситуации хуже говna.
