This guide will help you find all your much wanted permanent potion recipes. As it took me a decent amount of browsing on the web to get all the needed information myself, i decided to write up a small guide to hopefully make it easier for you.
Swordthorn Essence (Melee +5)
Tanaris
This recipe can be found next to the chest where you fight the Terrifying Golem for the Especially Big Haul quest. *Chapter 2 required.
Potion of the Eternal Hunter (Ranged +5)
Calador
This recipe can be found after solving the Wheel Puzzle in the western ruins on Calador. *Chapter 2 required.
Shadow Elixir (Cunning +5)
Taranis
This recipe can be purchased from Nergal in the basement of the Mages headquarters. *Chapter 2 required.
Essence of Persuasion (+5 Influence)
Kila
This recipe can be purchased from Tenya in the native village in Kila. *Chapter 2 required.
Tincture of Toughness (+5 Toughness)
Kila
This recipe can be found on the remote island in the east of Kila. It is stored in a chest that requires a minimum of 80 skillpoints in Lockpicking. *Chapter 2 required.
Potion of Dexterity (+5 Dexterity)
Antigua
This potion can be purchased from Emma after you finish Emma’s Hellswill quest. *Chapter 2 required.
Soul Potion (Magic +5)
Kila
This recipe can be purchased from Bahati in the native village of Kila. *Chapter 2 required.
Spirit Paste (+5 Spirit)
Taranis
This recipe can be purchased from Nergal in the basement of the Mages headquarters. *Chapter 2 required.
