Overview
A brief guide with some tips and tricks to flying in the best Battlefield title
The Scout Heliocopter
When travelling from your spawn to your next objective/target, I recommend flying low to the ground. This way, you’re a much harder target for other aircraft/enemies in general. They can’t hit what they can’t see 😉
I can also recommend using the 25mm cannons over the 9mm miniguns. I prefer the cannons due to its ability to decimate groups of infantry below you.
The Transport Helicopter
I’d say this is the easiest of the three helicopters to fly. It’s slow, doesn’t have any pilot controlled weapons, and has pretty good armor compared to the other two.
There really isn’t much to say about this one other than to practice your swoops down to objectives and to make sure you give your gunners decent angles to tear the enemies up.
The Attack Helicopter
This is the hardest helicopter to maneuver in my opinion, you have to keep your altitude high so your gunner can get kills, while simultaneously managing your own weapons, avoiding every other aircraft that wants to kill you. Make sure you carefully and precisely aim every rocket you send at your opponents STRIKE DOWN YOUR OPPOSITION WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE.
Attack Jet
Basically all you gotta do is fly slow and keep a high altitude and maintain a lock-on with your missile. Don’t forget to bail when the enemy stealth jet starts shooting at you like the Chad that you are.
Stealth Jet
This is the S tier aircraft in Battlefield 4. This vehicle has such high speed and raw firepower at its disposal, you can take any and every aircraft out in a matter of seconds. Don’t act dumb and you’ll be alright.
General Tips
Don’t forget to shoot your countermeasures AFTER the missile is coming at you, not before
Don’t take the transport helicopter to go to your favorite useless sniping position
Put your pedal to the metal, and be the best you can be
