Overview
i found out how to fix it so when i start the launcher and then i launch the game it says unable to open to display, so all you have to do is go to your Urban Chaos file C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonUrban Chaos . and right click on Fallen run the troubleshooter and click troubleshoot program, and then it will display multiple choices, choose the program opens but doesnt display correctly and click next and after that it will show multiple choices again , choose the program starts up in a small window (640×480) and wont switch to full screen then click next and test the program the resolution will be switched to 640×480 only when you play the game so now you can play the game normally but not in other reslutions as far as i know for this problem
