Overview
*NOTE*This guide will get regularly updated as the game changes and update to a newer build
INTRO
Before I start, lemme expain what One More Night is about. One More Night, known as OMN, is a 4 player cooperative game where you fight off hordes of monsters and survive as long as you can
CONTROLS
The controls are simple, they are similar to a standard twin stick shooter controls.
KEYBOARD
WASD to walk
P to access shop
R to reload
ESC to access pause menu( The game won’t pause though as it is online)
Mouse to aim and LMB to shoot
CONTROLLER
If there is controller support in the future, I’ll add it into the guide
HOW TO START OFF
When the game starts, you’ll be introduced to a handy pistol. DO NOT purchase anything for 2-3 days in order to save up and purchase an MP5( You’ll need a better gun other than a pistol, trust me. After acquiring an MP5, save up again to purchase an AK47. Do note that after every round, you are to refill your ammo via the in game shop
*IMPORTANT* Play the game with your friends! You won’t be able to last one night without them! 0_O
COMBAT
This is the most vital section to ensure your survival. If you ever encounter a necromancer( The witch that has the ability to summon skeletons and add on to your pile of kill list), kill it first. Then after, run around in circles and shoot off your enemies one by one. Use this tactic until night 10.
In night 10, you have to build a fort to protect yourself. Get yourself barricades and be sure to cover all sides so as to prevent the monsters from entering your fortress. But there is a catch, the monsters will aim for the barricade FIRST and will tear it down rapidly. So be sure to upgrade your barricade and defend it. You can also purchase towers to prevent your barricades from being shredded to pieces and be sure to refill your tower’s ammo every night!
In the new update, you are required to turn on a powerplant if you ever use a tower. Not sure where though. Will keep scouting :p
There is no need to rush to get through the gate, have patience, until you have unlocked 2-3 weapons and a tower you are ready. Also, be sure to barricade the gates just in case 😉 The most advisable gate to open first is the west gate
SKILLS
For this section, I will not be covering it for the time being as I have to do more research on it. But what I can say is: That everyone has a different and unique playstyle from another player. So get the skill you desire and suit your playstyle!
CONCLUSION
Remember, OMN is and will always be built for a 4 player cooperative gameplay, so be sure to grab your friends, AND KILL SOME MONSTERS!!!!
