The most effective weapons against these insane, and hilarious, bandits are all of your weapons. You WILL want bandages handy.
Authority
The most effective weapons you can use against these guys are the shotgun with the pulse shot, the Authority MG, the pulse cannon, and the AR. You WILL want bandages handy.
