The achievement description for this one is really missleading since it has nothing to do with listening to her. Instead you have to interact with her stonestatue multiple times. Its all about Sadwicks Comments. Here is what you need to do.
After you arrive in the valley interact twice with Kyras statue. Go inside and meet Shana. After that scene don’t interact with the candles. Go directly outside again and interact with Kyra three times. Now get Kyras Candle and interact with Kyra three times while holding the candle. There you go.
