Start the game and load “[Atebash]-Arabia, ManOnTheMoon” save.
Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin have already been activated and Arabia controls the Râ-kedet, the capital of Egypt. Mars Habitation needs just one more turn to be completed in Medina. Simply end the turn, win and earn the achievement.
