Overview
An interesting way I find to get the Silent Assassin rank during The Motorcade Interception (normal difficulty), while keeping the MI95 until the end of the mission. It’s a bit hard and requires very good timing.
Introduction
The following method is what I did to accomplish The Motorcade Interception (normal difficulty) without having finished the game before, with Silent Assassin rank and while keeping the MI95 until the end of the mission. It’s a bit tricky and requires timing, no wasted time and good luck, especially because of civilians’s random paths. For this reason, I recommend you to save at some steps I marked on the map. I did it this way twice and if you do it properly, at the end you should have only 1 shot fired and 1 alert (unavoidable).

1. When you start mission (A), if you have the SVD Sniper from the previous one, quickly drop it on the floor. With no visible weapons, guards won’t pay any attention to you. Then, run to your contact as fast as you can. This Silent Assassin path is linked to rythm, so don’t waste any time. When you reach it, skip the dialogue and go hide behind the entrance’s crates, on the right (B).

2. To go out, you should focus on the east side of the building. Guards will pass each other and the one who gets closer to you will finally head north. Once you are out of his field of vision, the call to prayer will trigger, then a big part of guards will go to the mosque. Wasting no time, run along the wall and sneakily get to its extremity. Keeping a close and quick watch on your map and guards’ locations, you can now cross the street to reach (C).
At this moment, a civilian can randomly pass between the two buildings, but if you hide very close to the walls, he won’t see you. Watch the guard’s movements carefully. You need to cross the road to reach (D) right after the two guards behind the wall have passed each other.

3. When your are at this point, wait until the previously mentioned guards pass the gate. Then, immediately run following the way on the map, and reach the hideout (E). After a few moments, the guard you saw during your run will go towards your position. There, you need to be reactive. At the moment he enters into your field of vision, immediately walk along the wall to the left, keeping right up close to the wall (a 75% chance of being detected). Be careful with beams, which can block you, and go sneakily to (F).

4. Keep an eye on the guard who comes from behind the mosque, and as soon as he turns to the north, run to the mosque’s south stairs. At this moment, a message informs you that the motorcade has entered the region. Climb the stairs. Just before you reach the roof, be certain to be in a sneaky position, and go to (G), beside the dome.

5. This is the most tricky moment. Through your gun sight, follow the target’s vehicule. I really recommend you to save there, because if you shoot anyone else than the target, you lose the mission, and the gun sight really shakes a lot. Your only chance to achieve your shot comes when the car is about to disappear behind the village’s surrounding wall. You just have a few seconds to reach it at this moment, otherwise, it will be too late.
Once you killed the Khan, immediately run and bypass the dome then remain hidden beside its south side, because UN-troops will automatically shoot at your direction. Watch downstairs, and wait until the two guards have gone. Then, we will use a little glitch : walk slowly to the edge, facing north-west, lopsided, and if you do it correctly, you will fall on the bottom steps of the stairs, without damage. Then, you can easily go to the final hideout (H).
There is a lot of luck during this last step. Because UN-troops will randomly inspect multiple places, and guards and civilians are running everywhere. Be careful with the wall in front of you, enemies often stay behind it. With some patience, you will quickly find one moment when nobody will look in your direction, and then, using this final second, run as fast as you can to the exit.
