How to post a review when Steam thinks you haven’t played for at least 5 minutes.
Relevance
This guide relevant if starting the game from Steam does not change your “Friends” status from Online to Playing Anarchy Online. This means Steam is not registering you as playing the game, and therefore you cannot meet the minimum 5 minutes required before you can post a review.
Bypassing the Launcher
This method will bypass the launcher.
Open the context menu for Anarchy Online by right-clicking on “Anarchy Online” in your game library.
Open the launch options
Insert the following code

If, at a later time, you wish to alter the video settings from the launcher, you can remove this code from the launch options.
This will not enable the steam overlay, even if you have replaced your downloaded client with the beta engine. This is because Anarchy Online has been flagged with “disable overlay injection” in the Steam game database.
