Just what the title says…
Here we go!
First of all it should be noted that all achievements (i.e. all trophies and equipment) of Larva Mortus are not related to the progress in the main story. You will most likely stumble upon some items while doing the main quest. It is not necessary though following the main quest at all.
As noted in the forums the easiest and fastest way to find items is starting “rescue lost souls” missions only. The advantage of those is that you don’t have to pay too much attention to the monsters and you can simply navigate through the rooms. It is even possible to complete those missions without firing a single shot.
I discovered 11 different map designs. Every spawn point I marked with a red “x”. After entering those rooms there will appear EITHER a key OR ammunition/health packs OR trophies/equipment. Only the latter will give you an achievement. The achievements won’t pop up until you finish the mission (i.e.: having picked up every lost soul and used the exit).
I’d recommend to visit those spawn points first and after having picked up something useful to go after the lost souls. If no needed trophies/equipment appear simply quit the mission and try again! (and yes, for the last achievements this can take forever!)
