Overview
Quick and easy way to get 3 stars on one of the hardest levels of Door Kickers 2.
Taking out the threat – North Gate
The most important thing is taking out the “Foreign Advisors” that will come rushing through the North Gate at 17 second mark. They will do this no matter if you are detected or not. At 30 second mark they will kill the Allied VIP.
Smoking the Market
Lay a cover of smoke to conceal your two Assaulters. Take out the insurgent near the gate using a grenade. Run to the gate and slap charge it if it isn’t already open.
Note that in this walkthrough you only need two Assaulters to do the heavy lifting, the others are just there to throw smoke grenades. You can use them later to clear out the Market.
Getting to the North Gate
Alternate between running and peeking around corners.
Killing the “Foreign Advisors”
Wait just around the corner for the enemies running towards the Allied VIP.
After defeating them you can take all the time you wish to get to the objective.
Defeating the enemies in the alley
The enemies will funnel in from the Market – if you pie the corners you will be able to take them out smoothly.
Reaching the Allied VIP
Send one Assaulter to get the VIP and enter via the north door. The other one should watch the North Gate from a safe distance – it’s a good idea to reload your firearms before contact is established.
Defending against enemy reinforcements
Take out the Veterans and Suicide Bombers arriving at the North Gate.
Leading the Allied VIP to extraction point
Take the same path back to the Market while still watching your angles. You will have direct control over the Allied VIP.
Saving the Allied VIP
Smoke the Market again if you haven’t already taken out the enemies that decided to stay there. Send the Allied VIP running to the extraction point.
Alternatively, you can just tell the VIP to wait in a safe corner and send your Assaulters to clear out the remaining hostiles – that will also end the mission.
This playthrough can be easily honed to get all achievements.
