Overview
This guide isn’t completely finished, so there may be some extra achievements that I wouldn’t know about.Hint, HFF stands for Human Fall Flat if you haven’t figured it out yet.People who helped have credit down below!Chloew120707: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198088827602Abbycakes0607: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198377246697
Christmas Lobby
I see. You’re here for some secret achievements? Good, because this guide is here for that very reason. The first secrets that I decided to show first is from the Christmas Lobby.
There are three secrets so far that I know about:
- “Bah, Humbug!”
- “Top the Hat”
- “Deck the Halls”
If you read the achievements, you know that they aren’t exactly secret, but apparently not many have them.
Let’s begin.
“Bah, Humbug!”
This is the “Bah, Humbug!” achievement. Get ready, because I’m going to show pictures.
The achievement can be obtained from the Christmas Lobby, which you can set as your lobby in the settings as the host.
Now, do you see that building over there? With the bells carved into the front? Behind that is a tree, which you can see in the picture.
There’s a few ways you can climb up there.
- One
You use the zip-line and walk around to the back.
- Two
You do parkour by climbing the rocks.
Either way, whatever you do, you should reach the top. And your screen should look something like this:
Then you shoot it. The angel statue, not the building! By the way, you can get on top of the gift by climbing it to get a better shot.
That’s how you obtain the “Bah, Humbug!” achievement.
Now let’s talk about how you get up there. The zip-line? You go over to the large mountain on the right of spawn. It’ll take a few minutes climbing up the rocks there, but eventually you will climb up a wooden platform. Oh, and what’s up there? The other end of the zip-line! Use the candy-canes as hooks to use the zip-line. I suggest to carefully attach the hook, because it’s very hard to do so without falling off the edge.
What do you do next? Well..
Weee.
Also, if you haven’t noticed it before- if you go behind the building, there’s some suspicious rocks that you totally can’t climb.
“Top the Hat”
If you’re here, then you probably finished the last achievement, “Bah, Humbug!”. Both of these are in the Christmas lobby, which again can be changed in the lobby settings by the host, and the host only.
When you get up in spawn, you should turn around behind you, and you should see a big snowman. Did it catch your eye yet? If not, I got a few pictures to help clear it up.
Congratulations! You found the big snowman! But I haven’t explained what this achievement is. Do I have to? Apparently so, as this is a walk-through/achievement guide. Here we go..
The “Top the Hat”achievement is obtained by climbing to the top of- well, you guessed it- the tophat. A very straightforward name, but how do you get up on the snowman? And if you noticed, the snowman is hard to access, as it’s on an island of its own. There’s multiple ways to get to it.
- One
You go over to this little wooden platform and climb up it, as you walk down the little railroad for the train. Do you want pictures? Here you go.
- Two
You use the mini little island platforms to climb yourself up, and jump over to the island. Another picture will be shown below.
Then there’s the next part. You climb the snowman. It’s quite hard, actually, but you may be able to use some presents to help build up.
But oh, I forgot! You don’t have just one option to get the achievement. There’s always the other choice. May I show you instead of telling you? I think you’ll get it.
Medieval music starts playing..
Now, you’ll have to adjust the catapult here and there, but eventually you will be able to catapult yourself onto the snowman’s head- or hat, to be more specific- and that would give you the achievement, “Top the Hat”. Yes, you read this right. Catapult. Good job if you got the it, give yourself a pat on the back!
“Deck the Halls”
Let’s go sledding! Yes, sledding, out of all the things. We’re still discovering these interesting and somewhat puzzling achievements on the Christmas Lobby map. I guess I have to explain..
This achievement is called “Deck the Halls”. Further explanation? You have to use a skateboard to slide into the snow-fort at the bottom of the sledding hill.
And of course, y’know, if you’re fast enough going down the hill, you can land in the snow-fort. Probably not a very rare achievement, but might as well add it. Trust me, it’s harder than it looks.
That’s all I really got for this achievement, so congratulations if you got it! Another pat on the back. If you don’t know how to get on a skateboard- then- let me show you. For all the beginners out there, this is for you specifically:
- Get a skateboard. Really.
- Place it on the ground if you already haven’t, make sure it doesn’t move.
- Walk over it. See those two little latches? Put your feet on them, and it’ll automatically latch on.
- If you’re going to slide down the hill, then walk over to the edge before the slope. Angle yourself so the skateboard is vertical if it does slide down.
- Try, try, and try again! Eventually you’ll get the hang of it. Believe me, it’s wacky at first.
To take it off, you simply grab the skateboard, and look up at the sky. You should be able to take it off.

The End?
So far, this is what I got. I might make more very soon. Bye!
