Overview
This is an alternate way to reach that annoying ledge in Dry Canyon.

I am sure someone discovered this before me, but I do not see it on here.
While jumping on the arch way, start flying/gilding forward with the analog stick.
Once Spyro is pushed up from the arch’s surface, jump again and you should be able to reach the top of the arch.
From there, jump across the castle’s roof tops and you will have plenty of height to jump and glide across to the ledge with ease.
If you prefer the game intended way, by all means. Go for it. 🙂
