Beginner’s Map for Thralls (valley and mesa) – Big desert ruins update

This is a map I created for myself to show the camp position of household thralls, not fighters or archers.

It is aimed at beginners up to level 15-20, I’d say, and concentrates on the river valley and the mesa desert (the big ruins are lvl 35+, I’d say). Both Exiles and Darfari offer one or more thralls for each job. Darfari don’t seem to have any blacksmiths or smelters, which would make sense since they are using bone or stone weapons.

Exiles thralls are usually easy to get, Darfari thralls are tougher due to the archers in the camps. Either have a shield ready or deal with them one by one with a bow yourself. Or simply enslave the archers, too. ^^
Frozen North update: There are now Exile archers, too. So keep an eye on them. But usually it is only one in a camp compared to the sometimes three or four in a Darfari camp.

Most Exiles thralls can be recognized by a special piece of clothes. Cooks have a grey turban, dancers a red skirt, smelters thick gloves, blacksmiths a leather apron, armorers wear heavy boots e.g. – or, as the carpenter, by a repair hammer like the one you use to repair your base.

Darfari thralls can mostly be recognized by holding a repair hammer instead of the stone club fighters use. Darfari and Exiles slavers hold a truncheon and a rope themselves (nice try, fellas!).

[To do: Implement all camps, even those that have just fighters and archers, to make clear which camp actually is meant. Sometimes they are very close.]

I created a video (in German) where to find all important Exile thralls in the river valley. It is subtitled in English at those moments how to recognize a thrall. Hope it helps. 🙂
