I am playing at 80-90fps lowest settings
I think people should take what halo 1 on pc did and try to compare it to MGS5 or any other game for that matter.
Physics and animations are in 30fps yet the game still is rendered in 60+
Now all thats left is just fov , full KB+M and better textures [including more textures for the gun icons for custom guns, i hate using a gun with no silencer/flashlight yet it still shows it on the icon ]

-install 7zip[www.7-zip.org] to extract the files [7zip is free and my prefered archiver]
-put downloaded files in the install Directory with the main exe file

-edit the fov.cfg to whatever you want. Anything over 130 is overkill but looks cool imo.
People are saying that the value in the cfg file is diagonal not horizontal fov so you might need to fiddle around with it.
