Overview
Hello, i present you my best Setups for DSJBonjour, voici mes meilleurs Setup pour DSJHola, aqui teneis mis mejores Setup por DSJ
Setup for Beginners (tested with 240SX) – Drift Street Japan
This setup is good for Beginners, because the car is very easy to control !
Ce setup est idéal pour les débutants !
Este setup es ideal para los debutantes :
– Front camber : -5º
– Rear camber : -9.9º
– Front offset : -10mm
– Rear offset : -19mm
– Forward grip : 0.4
– Sideways grip : 0.1
– Steerlock : 50º
– Drivetrain F/R : 15/85 (yes, it’s not a 100% rear wheeldrive, but it’s a good way to improve the drift in large curves)
Car : Tested on the 240SX RS13 (or JDM 180SX, or French 200SX)
Engine : CA18DET (swap) with 645hp !
All the upgrades at the maximum (just the Turbo at 4/5, because it cost a lot !)
Tips : You need 500hp minimum to drift more easy, and faster of course 😉
If you test my setup, tell me your experience it will be great.

My best Setup for Expert Drift (180SX/240SX) – Drift Street Japan
This setup is much more Realistic,
The car would do Drift where you want, when you want (in small and large curves).
The only problem, is that the car is not stable (to much oversteer), so it’s very hard to control (so not for beginners !) :
– Front camber : -0.5º
– Rear camber : -2.5º with a small camber, the car fly less (yes, your car can fly)
– Front offset : -25mm
– Rear offset : -40mm more offset = more grip (put more on the rear to have a less oversteer).
– Forward grip : -0.1
– Sideways grip : 0.2
– Steerlock : 50º
– Drivetrain F/R : 0/100 100% Rear wheel drive !
Car : Tested on the 240SX RS13 (or JDM 180SX, or French/UK 200SX)
Engine : CA18DET (swap) with 645hp !
Good Cars for Beginners !
Befor buying all the improvements, try differents cars !
Every car have is personal reaction.
I love the 240SX, but it’s a car hard to drive. Just find the car that fit well for you !
The 2 cars most easy to Drift (with the “standard” Setup) are :
– AE68 (Toyota AE86)
– S14 Kouki (Nissan Silvia S14a)
These 2 cars are realy easy to control.
For the AE68, just take care to not buying a Turbo upgrade (it’s expensive, and it will change the reaction of the car, who will have a violent oversteer).
Fot the S14, you can drive it stock, or with 700hp, it’s always easy to drift !
