Dark Avenger
“This weapon once belonged to the human warrior known as Draven. During countless duels, the weapon absorbed Draven’s own rage and thirst for revenge against those who wronged him. The Dark Avenger is infamous for possessing a furious lust for blood and carnage.”
The Forge Lands –> The Cauldron : obtained after defeating Gharn.
Masher of Karkinos
“According to legend, this hammer was recovered from the hoard of a mighty sea dragon. This weapon was wielded in savage battle at the fortress of Karkinos, and it was several thunderous blows from the hammer that finally broke down the gate. Named the Masher of Karkinos, this weapon strikes critical blows more often and unleashes devastating critical strikes upon the enemy.”
The Forge Lands –> The Drenchfort : obtained after defeating Karkinos.
Omega Blades
“The Omega Blades were built, piece by piece, from the shattered weapons of slain angels. When wielded, the Omega Blades ignite with raging fires. Each strike of the scythes can cause opponents to erupt into flames, and those flames can spread to nearby enemies. This effect, known as the Omega Fire, consumes all those who oppose the balance.”
The Forge Lands –> The Shattered Forge
Omega Fire – lits enemies on fire, which can spread to other enemies nearby.
Skeletal Axe of Rending
“A tale often told amongst the Dead Plains concerns a proud warrior who boasted often of his skill, only for it to be later revealed that the braggart had claimed the victories of others for his own. As punishment, the warrior was transformed into a magical axe, doomed forever to assist others in gaining the glory he had so wrongfully sought. Although this axe does not strike as hard as many other weapons, it steals the vitality from those it strikes and transfers it to the wielder, strengthening him whilst weakening his foes. Critical strikes with the axe rend the foe for even greater amounts of stolen health.”
The Forge Lands –> The Lost Temple : obtained after defeating Construct Hulk.

Rending – leeches life from enemies with every hit.
Gauntlets of Savagery
“Using the very bones of the demon he defeated, an unknown maker craftsman forged these weapons to celebrate his victory in battle. The wearer of these gauntlets is imbued with the demon’s feral energy; the more damage is done to the wielder, the more frenzied and savage his attacks become.”
The Forge Lands –> The Maker’s Forge : reward for completing “Lost and Found, Part III” for Karn.
Bloodlust – damage increases according to how many health points you have lost.
The Dark Talons
“A Dead Lord loyal to the deposed king, Argul, forged these claws from the heart of a glacier. When Argul was overthrown, many of his lieutenants were destroyed – and the Dark Talons were thought lost forever. These weapons seethe with the eseence of deep winter cold, and every strike freezes the blood of its victims. Those enemies that the claws freeze into immobility are even more vulnerable to its touch, suffering horrendous wounds from any follow-up attacks.”
The Forge Lands –> Stonefather’s Vale : obtained after defeating The Guardian.
THIS WEAPON LEVELS UP ALONG WITH YOU.
Ice Touch – causes enemies to be frozen and encased in ice when struck with consecutive hits.
Gorewood Maul
“This maul was once a part of Gorewood, a powerful and hateful creature. The maul is formed from Gorewood’s heart, and it lends its wielder a portion of its creator’s legendary strength. A single blow from the Gorewood Maul can scatter opponents into the wind like chaff.”
The Forge Lands –> The Weeping Crag : obtained after defeating Gorewood.
Mace Maximus
“A weapon of incredible power, forgotten to the eons. Formerly brandished by an ancient lich warlord whose reign of conquest faded into dust. Locked deep in the tombs below the Dead Plains, thought never to resurface. The only remnant of his tale is inscribed in runes on the weapon’s blades.”
The Forge Lands –> The Scar : obtained after defeating Ghorn.
Rusanov’s Axe
“Brought into countless battles by a once great Demon lord. The face of the axe displays the torment of those it has slain. Said to consume the soul of its victims and writhe them in eternal agony.”
Kingdom of the Dead –> Judicator’s Tomb : obtained after defeating Bone Keeper and Bone Giant.
THIS WEAPON GETS THE SAME LEVEL AS YOU WHEN YOU COLLECT IT.
Achidna’s Fangs
“The fangs of Achidna have drained life from countless creatures over the millennia to feed the beast’s hunger. Now fashioned into weapons for Death, Achidna’s Fangs siphon health from his foes, weakening them only to strengthen the Reaper.”
Kingdom of the Dead –> Psychameron : obtained after defeating Achidna and Basileus.
Searing Venom – regenerates health upon crit.
Lich Spines
“The Lord of Bones used this weapon to depose Argul, the Deposed King. Built from the very bones of his finest warriors, the Lord of Bones imbued his weapon – named the Lich Spines – with tendrils of lighting that sear into foes with every blow. The strike of the Lich Spines can shock an opponent, stealing vital Wrath Energy and transferring it to the wielder.”
Kingdom of the Dead –> City of the Dead
Lich’s Lighting – deals lightning damage.
Van der Schmash
“Formed from materials of realms beyond, brought to one in the name of dark magic. Pulsing with an eerie presence of vestigial anguish, this hammer is feared not only for its power, but for its ties to a shadowed cult.”
Kingdom of the Dead –> City of the Dead : obtained after defeating The Wailing Host.
THIS WEAPON GETS THE SAME LEVEL AS YOU WHEN YOU COLLECT IT.
Scepter of the Deposed King
“Argul, the Deposed King forged this mace to wield in battle against his most hated foes. The Scepter holds within it the essence of Argul’s cold fury and freezes the blood of its victims with every strike.”
Kingdom of the Dead –> Lair of the Deposed King : obtained after defeating The Deposed King.
Executioner’s Hooks
“The Executioner’s Hooks are brutal weapons meant only to deliver a swift and savage end. According to records in the Scriptorium, these weapons carried out the sentence for many prisioners who opposed the Charred Council. These hooks strike heavy blows that build upon each other to gouge horrific wounds.”
Kingdom of the Dead –> Soul Arbiter’s Maze : obtained after defeating Soul Arbiter.
Execution – grants 100% crit chance for few seconds after first crit.
Fists of Elhazar
“One of a handful of exceptional warriors from the Kingdom of Men, Elhazar fought his way through many levels of the Crucible bearing these weapons. The left gauntlet is known as Elhazar’s Glare, for it is carven with an eye to mark his first victory in the arena over a raging Cyclops. The right gauntlet is named Elhazar’s Might, for it bears runes that shimmer with raw power. Together, the Fists of Elhazar grant their wielder many benefits; enemies are staggered by hammer blows, their bodies devastated by increasingly severe hits to critical areas.”
Earth
Elhazar’s Glare, Elhazar’s Might – after 10 hit combo you only deal crit damage.
Sunder
“This elegant weapon recalls the grace and power of its original owner, an angel guardian of the White City. The weapons wielded by the venerated guardians are both aggressive and defensive; while Sunder’s blades are more than capable of striking any foe with unearthly precision and force, this versatile weapon may also create a protective orb around its wielder that mitigates damage dealt by the enemy.”
Earth : reward for completing “Light of the Fallen” quest for Uriel.
Shielding – has a chance to deploy protective shield around player.
Mortis
“Mortis is a buckler that combines attack and defense into one brutal weapon. Since ancient times, Mortis has defended its wielder by responding to any attack with a surge of lethal energy that unerringly seeks out and punishes the opponent.”
Lostlight –> The Ivory Citadel : obtained after defeating Jamaerah the Scribe.
THIS WEAPON LEVELS UP ALONG WITH YOU.
Aegis Burst – gives a defensive stance, that can be followed by a ground pound.
Fletcher’s Crow Hammer
“The hammer of a champion from long ago, his power echoed through the ring of its dark steel. Cast during the ascension of his dark arts, the tale is said its champion took the form of a crow, never to be seen again.”
Lostlight –> The Crystal Spire : obtained after defeating Archon.
THIS WEAPON GETS THE SAME LEVEL AS YOU WHEN YOU COLLECT IT.
Spear of Storms
“This spear once belonged to a righteous warrior angel, and it has struck blows in pursuit of unequivocal justice. The spear crackles with storm-wrought power and unleashes claws of lightning that rake surrounding enemies with their coruscating energy.”
Shadow’s Edge –> Death Tomb
Arching – splash lightning damage.
Absolution
“Absalom never spoke of where he acquired his axe, Absolution, but there is no doubt that it is no common tool of war. Absolution channels the righteous fury of its wielder into powerful blasts that slow enemies and knock nearby foes away.”
Mail system : rewarded after you start a New Game +.
Absolution – slows enemies down and knocks them away.
Aftermath
“Aftermath: the ultimate prize for the ultimate victor. Only the champion of the Crucible, one who has fought and defeated every enemy brought before him in that arena, is worthy of weilding this juggernaut. Wrested from the hands of the previous champion of the Crucible, Aftermath wreaks havoc on foes while constantly imbuing its owner with more power for the fray. Not only does Aftermath increase its wielder’s Strength, but it also restores Health, Wrath, and Reaper energy with every strike.”
The Crucible : rewarded after completing all 100 waves in one sitting.
Mace of Everflame
“An ancient legend of the makers describes the origin of this weapon thusly: A master smith, proud and vain, met a wanderer who posed him a wager. The wanderer claimed that none could forge a weapon that blended both the essence of fire and ice together in balance. Determined to win this challenge, the smith bent his considerable skills towards the crafting of the Mace of the Everflame. This weapon stands as a testament to that legendary smith’s skill, and as a trophy of his victory in the wanderer’s wager.”
Shadow’s Edge –> The Black Stone : obtained after defeating Samael in New Game +.
Abyssal Axe
“In his seclusion, the Mad Smith finely crafted an arsenal in which to arm his creations. A brutal axe capable of tearing armor asunder, its edges hellbent on the very dismemberment of creation.”

Abyssal Forge Hammer
